BIG IDEAS, REAL IMPACT

The Quiet Fight is more than a podcast, it’s a community.

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that no one is meant to fight alone. While personal growth and healing often begin as internal battles, real change happens when people feel supported, understood, and connected to others who are willing to show up.

Community matters because silence isolates. When people come together to share stories, experiences, and perspectives, it breaks down stigma and reminds us that struggle is a shared human experience and not a personal failure. Through honest conversations and lived experiences, we aim to create a space where people feel safe to speak up, listen deeply, and grow together.

Partnerships are equally important to us because meaningful impact is never created in isolation. By collaborating with individuals, organizations, and brands that align with our values, we can amplify voices, reach more people, and create opportunities for real-world change. Whether it’s mental health advocates, community leaders, athletes, creatives, or local businesses, partnerships allow us to extend our mission beyond the microphone.

We believe strong communities are built through trust, shared purpose, and consistent action. By working together, supporting one another, and choosing connection over silence, we can create something far greater than any one story. We can create a movement that reminds people they are seen, heard, and never alone in their quiet fight.

BEAR WITH ME RUNNING CO.

Bear With Me Running Co. is a community driven running group based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, built on the belief that running is about more than pace, distance, or finish times it’s about showing up for yourself and for each other.

What started as a simple idea has grown into a supportive space where runners of all levels are welcome. Whether you’re training for a race, getting back into movement, or just looking for connection, Bear With Me Running Co. exists to make running feel approachable, inclusive, and meaningful.

Our name reflects our core values. We believe in patience, encouragement, and meeting people where they’re at. Everyone carries something different into a run stress, goals, doubt, excitement and no one should have to carry it alone. Here, progress is personal, effort is celebrated, and community always comes first.

Rooted in Saskatchewan, we take pride in building something local that brings people together through movement, conversation, and shared experience. From group runs to events and collaborations, Bear With Me Running Co. is about creating consistency, accountability, and belonging one step at a time.

No pressure. No expectations. Just show up and we’ll bear with you.

Spartan warrior wellness centre

Spartan Warrior Wellness Centre was founded by Retired RCMP Sergeant Darren Mitchell, a dedicated mental health advocate and frontline responder himself. Drawing from his years of service and personal experience, Darren built Spartan Warrior with one clear mission: to stand beside those who have stood on the front lines.

At its core, Spartan Warrior Wellness Centre exists to support first responders, military personnel, emergency workers, and veterans — people who put their lives on the line every day and often carry invisible wounds. Through compassionate leadership, lived experience, and a deep understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by those in service, Darren has provided a voice of hope, resilience, and community.

Spartan Warrior is more than an organization it’s a community that promotes open conversation, peer support, and healing. Whether through outreach, awareness content, or meaningful connection, Spartan Warrior champions the belief that struggling doesn’t mean failing it means you’re human, and no one in the battle for wellness should fight alone.
